No the wealth has being sucked out of almost everyone. Including those who can least afford it. In general our standard of living has gone down about 30% under Bush. Only those with major real estate, oil and defense holdings have done well. Everyone else has eaten cake under Bush. And my suspicion is that it was was at least partly intentional. Certainly the draining of the federal treasury is intentional. They dont want the government to be able to afford to do anything but their pet programs and a massive defense they control. A real takeover.
