(REUTERS) UPDATE 1-FACTBOX-Latest toll from SARS by country

BEIJING, April 20 (Reuters) - China raise its count of SARS
cases almost 10-fold on Sunday. The deadly flu-like virus,
which is being spread by travellers, has killed at least 203
people and infected more than 3,800 worldwide.
The outbreak started in southern China in November before
jumping to 24 other countries in recent weeks.
Deaths have been reported in China, Hong Kong, Canada,
Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia.

Cases in Australia are all probable.
The seven in Malaysia are probable cases, in addition to 29 people warded with SARS-like symptoms who are still awaiting
results of tests.
" Some 50 people also have been isolated in Vietnam's Ninh
Binh province.
# Number of probable cases in the United States fell
because it rejigged the way it classifies SARS patients. A
total of 208 people have suspected SARS, but only 35 have
pneumonia, a key symptom, the Center for Disease Control and
Prevention said.
~ Canadian figure includes suspected or probable cases.
The case in South Africa is "probable," meaning the patient
has not yet tested positive for virus.
Cases in Sweden are all classified as probable.
Case in Spain has not been confirmed.
