I am worried now.
It looks like the Gregory family sold a bunch of stock in King Pharm (KG)and there is a problem.
The SEC is investigating and King can't or won't come up with the certain information.
I don't know how this ties into CLGY except a portion of the Gregory money was invested into this company.
Will this be another ALU?
