i believe there should be strict quotas, not only to ensure bean diversity but to encourage overall bean consumption. Except Lima beans. When the Peruvians took over the sewer authority, well, that was the last straw. The skinheads had done a fine job working in sewerage for years. Then, I woke up one morning and found a Peruvian in bed next to me. Then I went outside to get the morning paper. The Peruvians had taken over the sewer authority! I will not eat Lima beans!
