I would imagine you have not. All I know is what is going on in my own neighborhood. The Peruvians have taken over the sewage treatment plant from the skinheads. Everyone knows that the skinheads are naturally inclined to handle sewerage. I hear this is happening all over the country, heck, all over the world. Now, what do you think is gonna happen when the Peruvians have cornered the world market on sewerage? I'll tell ya. We're all gonna be in deep doo-doo, that's what's gonna happen. I think we all should band together and stop this international cabal of Peruvians and return the sewerage to it's rightful owners, the skinheads.

Anyway, that's how I heard it.
