BTW, Clinton inherited Iraq from Bush Sr. and he contained North Korea for 8 years. In 1994 North Korea had a nuclear weapon program but no nuclear weapons. It had a missile program but no missiles. Today it is estimated that North Korea now has a nuclear weapon program with several nukes and is now poised to produce 50 nuclear bombs a year. It is also estimated that the next milestone of North Korea's missile program is 1,200 miles. From 1994-2002 it is estimated that more than 1M North Koreans starved to death. Pardon me for interrupting your sanitized view of the world, but that's containment? LOL.
