Steve: I don't use any software for finding and/or drawing the patterns, but there are a couple products on the market that do: Ensign charting package will draw Gartleys and Butterflies (I haven't tried it). This is a new product that will find and draw most of the patterns: harmonicanalyzer.com I was a beta-tester for this product and liked it very much. But it is a bit pricey, at least for my purposes.
