There were some interesting comments on CRYX and IDTI from INFRASTRUCTURE yesterday. Apparently, in an analysts meeting, IDTI claimed ~90% yield on C6 dies and speeds of 225 MHz. I wonder about the distribution of speeds that the 90% yield number represents. Life on the trailing edge CPU's and low-priced PC is going to get very interesting next year. I just read IDT's annual report, no mention of C6 but plenty of PR about Cisco, Fore, PCS etc... I like the direction of the product mix and revenue streams and the M$190 in cash.
