the vix closed 24.59 and is reaching for the next fib target at 23.60 that is the 87.5 retrace off the low of mar 23 ,2002 ..below 23.60 the next fib support is the 88.7 at 23.15....once that goes and it appears it will based upon the cycles and CLX studies...the 18.87 mar 2002 will be reached.....then the real fun for the bulls begins as the vix will have accelarated the monthly MACD AND STOCHASTICS into a free fall which should see the vix in the 8 to 10 area...in all probability before the year is out....
