All: ActiveX Controls/clocksync and more unwanted crap on your system.

explorer has a folder "downloaded program files", find it, learn about it, determine whats in there and what activeX controls are in there.

recently , using my yahoo mail, AdFree popup killer running!, this crap junk called "clocksync" auto downloads installs on my drive via a popup sent by yahoo!!!! ???

anyway you goto add/remove programs, get rid of clocksync and the activeX control file just reinstalls it! crazy.

I have to delete the activex control to get rid of it, this is tricky, I amsure this crap is much more than a clocksync, spyware adware etc.

any thoughts from the board as to how do I get an alert to deny these auto downloads of activex controls when every other download is set up to alert me first?
