ild, I like Hussman very much, but, for the life of me, I don't understand a PE ratio based upon peak earnings from the previous cycle. Especially since many of those peak earnings have been written off.

I did think it was funny how he explained that his fund was bullishly biased all the time, even if it did do well during the bear market.
