I suppose the two drugs you are referring to are just treating some of the the symptoms.

It is not only the eyes that dry up. What lies behind Sjogren's is - as far as I know - still something of a mystery. Maybe somehow related to lupus, I believe.

It is supposed to be a very difficult condition to live with.
