I've watched NTLI for a while. Was not sure where it would put in a bottom. Looks like onward and upward. Crossy can pick some good ones. IPSU is also his. I was noticing that the real float after institutional holdings is around 2.2M shares. If they come in with some positive earnings the stock will move very quickly. Thats why they are a favorite of mine right now. Potential explosion with good news.
