The Dixie Chicks' album "Home" has tumbled down the pop charts in the weeks following singer Natalie Maines' declaration in London that she was ashamed to come from the same state (Texas) as Bush.

They have had an adequate beating for what they did; it ticks me a little they aren't more contrite about it, but I suspect they have learned their lesson, and the remark cost them some dough, so that's what matters.

This is not like Sarandon & Robbins, Sheen, and others who have long histories of extremist liberalism.

Give me a break......Sheen is in his 60s; the Dixie Chicks are in their twenties. They have good instincts......you haven't heard the end of their anti Bush sentiment. <g>
