The stock has underperformed the market and its peers in the last few months. Who of Cisco's peers is outperforming Cisco? LU, NT, Q, CIEN, JNPR? The entire sector is in the dumps. The only stocks rallying are the internet companies actually. Which is ok for the networkers long term.
