Bob Hope. . . anyone here know him?
He is probably the one person who has Supported Our Troops more than any other one person in history.
He has been there since WW II. . . knowing all of the presidents from FDR.
The 'battle line' did not deter him one bit. . . if the troops were there, so was he!
He was born May 29, 1903 which means he's about to have his 100th birthday. I think I can safely say that, if he was up-to-it, he would be over there in Iraq giving our troops a big BOOST.
I also know from a very reliable source that Bob has taken it upon himself to open up other assets of his to Veterans to this date. He is a wonderful Patriot and true friend of every U.S. soldier.
Hey, if you can gather the time, why not go to the link (in the post that I'm replying-to here), read about this wonderful person, and then just drop him a note wishing him a Happy Birthday and thanking him for what he has done for our troops over the years?
