Ted, I don't understand why the gay-rights groups are fuming. Here is what Sen. Santorum said: "If the Supreme Court says that you have the right to consensual (gay) sex within your home, then you have the right to bigamy, you have the right to polygamy, you have the right to incest, you have the right to adultery. You have the right to anything," Santorum, R-Pa., said in the interview, published Monday. I don't see him comparing homosexuality to these other acts. I only see him warning about the dangers of blurring the line between what should be acceptable and what shouldn't be. For most people, incest would be very unacceptable. For those people, they do not believe you have a right to practice incest within your home. So what Santorum is saying inversely is that if you find incest unacceptable and we do, then homosexuality is equally unacceptable. In fact the Supreme Court has said you have the right to consensual gay sex within one's home; however, it has never said that incestuous sex is acceptable and can be had in one's home. I am surprised.....you usually pick up on this stuff fairly quickly. ted
