Reagan's Cold War success is another matter. We're talking economics. But reagan could not have done it without Gorby. We were lucky Gorby got power. Just in time. It was one of the best things that ever happened to the world. Reagan was just one half of the answer. And we DID need to get tough then. But boy did we have to pay for the militry build-up and S+L debacle later. And dont forget, Ronny's cabinet were no saints. Half of them were indicted.
