Absolutely. I wasn't saying that there was any injustice in the awards, though some will think that is the case. I was pointing out that the number of American civilian workers and administrators on the ground as this gets off the mark is going to become a major potential security problem. This effort is an obvious target for terror attacks.

I understand that there is some resentment in England over the award of the operations contract for the Um Qasr container port to Seattle Stevedoring. Some though a British Company might have been considered.

If they'd given it to Hutchison Whampoa, we'd know what the quid pro quo for China joining the N. Korea talks was....
