No, it's not.

I've seen the Avlon-Hill one in stores, I'm not sure if it's a rip-off or what. One thing I am sure of, is that ATVI intends this product to be direct competition to SBYT's Civ. ATVI generally does a pretty good job on games, too. However, I still think SBYT is a buy right now for a six month double.
