I considered selling some with the idea of buying them back if the stock fell but spread between bid and ask would make that expensive and if by some miracle Mackie got it's act together and shipped their digital products on time I would miss out on the run up in the stock price.

The company is now about where they should have been six months ago, they are under a lot of pressure from the less expensive competitors and the strong dollar doesn't help their international sales but on the plus side they have good products, an excellent reputation, a clean balance sheet, new products coming out and they are making a big investment in R+D which will help them grow.

On balance I think that there are risks involved with this stock but there's a good chance that they will succeed in the long term in which case the stock should do very well.
