that Soviet Union example was total

but I refer to a call for retrenchment, not collapse
the US Military might be called home in 2004 if and when a USDollar crisis unfolds
it will not cause a collapse in the entire nation, with 15 new nations springing up
altho I would surely love to see California sink in its own sea of socialist stupidity, then die a horrible death
