Justice delayed is justice denied, after all.

Justice, in this particular case, will result when this ridiculous suit is tossed out (which will happen on appeal).

If you continue to justify holding SUNW shares with the pipe dream fantasy of SUNW extorting mass quantities of $$'s from MSFT and getting the courts to strangle them to benefit McSquealy's outfit, then you probably believe in the Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy as well.

It ain't gonna happen. If SUNW had put as much effort into innovating as they have in litigating, their stock would still be up in double digits.
