May your wish come true<g> More and more Chinese students return to China after graduating here, because 1) They consider China is more promising in 21st century than the US; 2) jobs are very hard to find here, and more and more companies are not sponsoring H-1B now; 3) ever since 9.11, the foreign student visa has almost stopped issuing. So I guess you will have to convince J.Ashcroft (sp?). the head of Justice Dept. to start doing something for your wish come true; 4) the US anti-H-1B force is growing strong. As for the birth rate in the US, it is popped up the Mexican origin immigrants. So why not just support Bush's suggestion that recruiting Mexico into the US Social Security Fund, and sure that would make the SS fund last much longer through the baby boomer retirement<g>
