Last year, they offered 243mil. Just recently 75 mil.

I was going to ask you about this yesterday. What do you mean by "the offered 243mm" in stock options last year? Are you saying there was a new grant for 243mm? I don't think so. Or do you mean this amt of options came due?

I think most prior options grants are worthless, that was the reason for this new grant. They supercede one another.
