Of course, Bells have some fiber. My belief is simply that installed fiber networks are more valuable than current wire networks. To compare ACNS to the Bell's would be wrong but to look at the vlaue of a digital fiber network is fair. Pay now or pay later to upgrade to fiber. ACNS already paid. ACNS very much so reminds me of Sprint from the 80's where they spent a lot of money to get a full long distance fiber network so you could hear a pin drop. Not SPrint has internet service, business service, long distance reselling, and video conferencing some 15 years later on that same fiber network. Just the way I see it.
