Can anyone with technical expertise in this field explain to me the differences between the business/products supplied to the semiconductor industry by Cerprobe and KLA Tencor? Given recent strong performance and positive statements from management, is there any reason this company's stock price hasn't appreceiated as much as KLAC over the last 10 months? Is this company a "buy" at these levels? Is this company relatively undiscovered? Any insight or opinions would be welcomed.
