The last 90 days have been very, very interesting. My analysis says that most of the money either on "hold" at the moment, meaning that it is hedged totally or on the sidelines, with a slight bias in the long equity market. The overall market looks much stronger long-term than it did 90 days ago. Personally, I think this is a direct result of the president's statements and actions in the last 90 days. It also appears to me that there is a much greater possibility now than 90 days ago that the low last Oct. is the low of this move down after the bubble. I thought we would go lower and I was wrong, so I could be wrong about this current move also, but I am nibbling on dips for long-term holds and looking to trade long on dips instead of short on peaks.
