If there are similarities between the rise of Hitler and the rise of Bush, then it behooves all of us to be on guard. And if not, then fine. So, how about we cut to the chase? Do you think there are similarities between the "rise of" Bush and the rise of Hitler? If so, what, precisely, would those be?
