thats cool, I just don't know if the gloating indicator works after a trend has been around for a long time, either direction in the mkts.

For example when we were in a bull, we would have corrections and the shorts would say "I told you so" which was fine but the bulls would ignore it and in a few mos the mkt made new highs. This worked until the trend really did change in 2000.

Now in this bear market, its the opposite. We had a bear for so long, and stocks have gone up since october but shorts are acting like bulls did in the 90s- just assuming this is some counter-trend, I mean. All I can say is that this is quite a long counter trend, if thats what it is.
