A woman who was a guest on Kudlow & Cramer last night was making the case for the utter corruption in the oil for food program . And she pointed the finger for the corruption directly at Kofi Annan. That program was his baby, managed by him and with no oversight. Where does the buck stop at the UN? No one seems to know. I only caught the last half of the interview and didn't think to scribble her name down. She wrote an article about this two days ago, but I can't turn it up anywhere. She writes for the European edition of the Wall Street Journal. Does anyone know what publication her article appeared in?
