TM AND ALL,

Everyone likes to feel that they got the best possible price at the time when they add to their porfolios. When a company puts in force a stock purchasing plan as part of the fringe benefits they are doing so partially as a measure not only to draw good employees to the fold, but also to retain and reward present employees. Had we all had our wishes granted this week, we would have had one or more contract announcements from Alyd. In view of the above however, would any CEO release good press and then say to his employees, look you can buy now, right after the price has been driven up 50%. Under those circumstances, if I were the employee, I would look at such a move as a real jab in the you know where and it would certainly not create the good will for which it was originally intended. Need I say more!

Regards,

Gerry
