My point is that it is Standard Operating Procedure for the U.S. military to intercept planes that have lost radio contact and/or have gone off their course. Considering that the WTC had just been hit by two planes, you have to wonder why the U.S. military didn't follow their own Stanard Operating Procedures and try to intercept the flight from DC that had unexpectedly turned around over Ohio. Seems suspicious to me.
