(1) What is "point 1"?

And I cannot agree that this invasion is "better" until we see the consequences.

(2) I doubt it. There are quite a few other dictators on this planet and many MANY places where there are "injustices". Including the US. I don't see other countries ganging up on countries where they see injustices and invading them anytime soon.

(3) I read clearly that US treasury secretary Snow said that Iraq should not have to pay back its debt to France and Russia. That is far from "suggesting" that these countries "forgive" the said debt.

If France were able to trap personal funds in France

I doubt those would be sufficient to pay the billions in debt. Anyway, I am not sure how legal that would be. Some of still care for such silly stuff as what is legal and not in international relations, you know :-)
