Cary, (or as Nancy calls you, "Carl"),

KLIC has the leading edge wire bonder, but bonders are not the leading edge of packaging technology.

Scott Kulicke may well disagree with you. I believe he thinks and has stated that bonders, especially his leading edge bonders, will remain the most desirable packaging technology for many more years.

What do you believe is the leading edge of packaging technology?
