OT: CSCO shorting plan:

Short in increments, beginning at 15.

The stock has stalled, in the 15-16 area, on every rally since last July. IMO, it's a fairly safe short, as there is little chance of unexpected good news coming out that makes the stock abruptly soar. I'm making the bet that the bear market is not over, that (at best), we are still in a prolonged sideways market move, so shorting the rallies will (sill) make money. Long discussions on the CSCO thread, have put "fari value" for CSCO, somewhere in the 5-10 area.

13 is soft support, 8 was the 2002 low, I'll cover somewhere in that range, probably in increments.
