I think Israel would have done itself and Pals a ton of good if they had "retired" Arafat in '82. I've stayed out of this since I don't like either one. BTW, there was a warning and denouncement by "Arab Intellectuals" (or some similar sounding organization) against the coming Holocaust deniers convention in Beirut. Too bad the smart Arabs are too smart to run for an office in Palestine. ST
