Clinton was the real deal. He delivered. But he had a personal flaw. Bush has lied to Americans constantly about his intentions, reasons, priorities, etc. He's the bait and switch guy. After 9-11 and during the wars, his popularity soared. So Bushies like to think of him as great and untouchable. In fact it's just hot air in a balloon. Without all the handlers and flag-waving he's just an inefficient, visionless political front-man president doing what his special interests tell him to do. That why he has "not clothes", because without the handlers around him he'd be lucky to get elected to the city council.
