Yes, well that may have been a slight overstatement as I had initially read some post that the NYSE spec had been removed in cuffs. Or was it the 'market maker' part that you were questioning ;-).

An actual quote was "The trader was removed from the floor on Monday, according to a report in The Wall Street Journal"
