David,

<<RasterGraphics is going for the Print-for-Pay segment, which is growing at a phenominal rate with good margins.>>

Is the Print-for-Pay [PFP] segment growing as rapidly in other countries as it is in US? Do you have the names of a couple of big companies in PFP? How fragmented is PFP industry?

<<RGFX does not own Piezo printing and it is available from several sources for lisencing.>>

Who is licensing piezoelectric [PE] head technology and/or selling PE heads besides Nu-Kote? I bought Nu-Kote [NKOTE] recently because of the expected big increase in PE head sales to RGFX and because of their nice position in non-impact consumables. Do you have any knowledge of this company. I personally think it would make a great fit with RGFX and both companies could be picked up in one fell swoop for $100 million at today's market cap (a tiny fraction of last year's sales and an infinitesimal proportion of their sales potential).

<<The PP5000 is well positioned to take market share from electrostatics and high-end inkJets (ProE) but, in my view, is priced a little too high given that its print speed is only a little better than the ProE, though the quality, reliability and usability are much better. They need to either boost the print speed by 30% or reduce the price by $8K.>>

Darren, what do you think? Still think it's priced too low? I'm not "in the biz", except as an equity owner, and am just starting to get up to speed on this industry.

Great to have you and Darren on board. BTW, David, I think you got a great entry point for an ink guy! <G>
