"Calm" is an expected quality in a world leader, apathy is not. What one would expect to see from the President of the United States upon being notified the nation is under attack by terrorists, as confirmed by a second strike, is to calmly excuse himself from the classroom and send in an aid with his apologies for having to leave early. To suggest any other response is appropriate is ludicrous.
