Per Mortua ad MS, sub nostrum ab Linux

Bill Gates will most likely reply, "No way, Eric! OMDB! Are you kidding? Who told you that? Where did you hear that? At school? If so, I say, "Quis educabit educatores!!! O tempora! Sed libera nos a malo.................."

But, oh well, as with any good thing, it takes a long time to change public opinion and effect public acceptance of it.

Take the tomato, for instance. It was brought by the Spaniards to Europe from the Americas in the 1500s. But from the get-go, it was perceived to be quite "poisonous" to humans and it was only cultivated for cattle feed. It was not until the 1800s when the tomato was not only accepted as a good food but also considered as a "Love Apple". Today it is widely used in haute cuisine, in salads and hamburgers, and it is also highly valued for its lycopene and other ingredients vital for good health!!!

Quo vadis Linux?
