oh absolutely... i'm just thinking this phenomena could accelerate as politicians continue to put off the hard choices that are now staring them in the face resulting from ill conceived and increasingly costly social programs but we certainly have our own unemployment issues in the u.s... job prospects and compensation have changed dramatically from the 90's.
