I'm still game. Let's make the bet for an $8 close. If it closes above $8 on the last trading day of this year, I win. It closes below $8, you win. It closes at $8, it's a tie. As to the bet itself, let's say $25 to the other person's favorite charity or political cause, in their name (this way the winner at least gets a tax deduction). By the way, I'm currently net short (because of a large short-term trade and a slightly smaller long held position), as the stk's recent rally from 7.80 to 8.6 has been on poor volume (both Siebel volume as well as mkt volume). Let me know if you're up for it.
