I have been in for 3+ years too. My concerns is the inability of the management to pull it off fast enough. The change in the patent laws a few years back says each patent is given a 20 year life and it starts counting the day the patent is submitted. Previously it started counting after the patent was allowed and you got 17 years. The NMP66 and 48 patent applications were filed in Nov 2000. Every year the management screws up is a year wasted.
