CMG, Please help ..... What is 'an impairment expense of 2.6 million pertaining to the companys investment in its fortune/zydeco exploration venture' ? Does this have something to do with their split from Zydeco that was announced earlier ? It seems to me FPX was to receive 2.0 million back from Zydeco ?

Stock looked weak again today. Looks like this one is really going to test my patience.
