I don't know, would you be worried or upset if there was a widespread cultural practice where men were altered surgically so that they couldn't ever experience sexual gratification? Imagine if you lived in a culture where the prevailing notion was to castrate men when they were adolescents? Here in this country sex offenders have been subject to chemical castration (some of which was semi-voluntary in that if you take the drug we let you have X- it's not permanent).

I think that a culture that encouraged widespread adolescent male castration would have a hard time assimilating here and most would feel compelled to speak out strongly against it where ever it occurred....I would be the first. I don't think it's a matter of whether or not we understand the practice, it's a matter of human rights. Who knows maybe everyone would be better off it they didn't have any sexual feelings at all. The race might die off but think of all the problems it would resolve right off the bat.
