I don't recall making such a claim. There does seem to be uprisings all over Iraq in protest to the U.S. occupation forces, some are organised some are spontaneous. Iran, Syria, Jordan, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia can all be expected to press their interests in the region now that Junior and Rumsfeld have opened the can of worms.
