It appears that the gloom predicted several years ago did not come to pass. Junior has managed to muck up the world to the point that the Balkans seem in comparison to be a beacon of peace. Now with Milosevich in the Hague the era of Serbian agression seems to have abated. Relations with Russia are now at their worst point since the darkest days of the Cold War. And the bombing of China's embassy in Belgrade has caused a serious rift in the Sino-American relationship. I'm sure Junior wishes he could get his foriegn relationships back to that level of cooperation. He can't even travel to Canada anymore. Even his lapdog wouldn't let him in the country, they had to be exiled to Elba or some other island. Every day with Junior shows how much better the country was under Clinton's leadership. TP
