Hi Mark, No I don't think it is available over the internet. The folks at Stocks & Commodities do have a website at traders.com I found the August 1991 article by John Sweeney profoundly insightful. He didn't just argue the conventional thinking but he went beyond that by briefly touching on the inevitable outcome of the baby boom effect. You should be able to order a back article from the folks at Stocks & Commodities.
